The Keurig is still fired up if you’d like coffee or tea. Come on in and let’s catch up!
If we were having coffee, I’d tell you how this week FLEW by. I finished a project with a 3/31 deadline that was complicated to say the least. Took plenty of work home this weekend. The good news is I have a handle on another complicated project that I’m sure I can have completed over the next several days. Work is extremely busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
A friend posted photos of his “backyard resort”, over the weekend, a very nice deck with a bar and plenty of seating. My future will likely include Pinterest, searching for ideas on how I can remodel our backyard space. Sigh. I’d love to spruce it up and spend more time outside this summer.
My basil started popping up! Still waiting on the sage and cilantro.
And I’m pretty disappointed in my pineberry plant that I was so excited about. The one sprout died and now it’s basically a pot of dirt. I’m sure I did something wrong as it came with pollinator plants but no instructions on what to do with them. ???? And my green onions died too, apparently they didn’t like the pot they were in, as they do fine outside. Sigh. I do have a black thumb.
If we were having coffee, I’d share with you the before and after photos of our camper after changing out the light bulbs. It had in it warm white fluorescent bulbs, which cast a yellowish over everything. I finally realized that I could try cool white bulbs and it would likely make a difference. And how!
I’m in love. The couch no longer looks like it has jaundice! We’re also shopping for new recliners to replace the blue fabric ones. I spent Saturday cleaning, vacuuming and…….(drumroll)….. Bill agreed that we could dewinterize today! OMG It’s going to get up to 60 today (Real Feel they said 67!) and I have SO much I want to do. Today will likely be a day where I set time slots for everything on my to do list. Yes, I really do this! LOL
How was your week? What are you up to today?
