Come on in on this cold, rainy Sunday! We will be blessed with sleet today here in Southeast Michigan. Fun times. Sounds like a great day for indoor projects. I have several things I would really like to get done today in the home improvement department, minor things like replacing the clear panels in the kitchen ceiling. Bill put up a cabinet over the dryer yesterday, replacing some very old, ugly shelving. Now I’m shopping for a wall hanging to place in the spot over the washer. Yep, laundry room decor. I may just print a photo from our travels as a reminder of our adventures.
Out shopping for holiday tchotchkes yesterday, I found these awesome slippers at of all places, the grocery store. I resisted the urge to buy a pair for myself, but will be shipping a pair to a friend in Florida. 🙂 They have bells!
At WordCamp back in October, I found a catalog for Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor, an awesome bakery/store, restaurant and deli. Not even really looking at the cover, I flipped through it, looking for babka. I thought of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry and Elaine get to the bakery and the person before her buys the last chocolate babka, so she’s stuck with cinnamon. Then I notice the bottom of the front cover of the catalog. Haha.
I also need to spend some time with RoboHelp today, as I only have 4 days left of the trial period. 🙁 Darn it, I should not have downloaded it so soon. We are hoping to implement a new solution at work using RoboHelp, which will improve our customer’s experience greatly and also make our lives easier maintaining it. I plan to spend time with YouTube vids as well, but I won’t have the software much longer. Drat.
