I’m one of those pumpkin-flavored everything people. I love this time of year and it’s neat to see what brands will do each year to cash on the pumpkin craze. This year I sampled the Pumpkin & Spice Triscuits, and they are rather good. I always hoard Pumpkin Spice K-cups to have pumpkin coffee well into the winter months.
This was a pumpkin patch in Dexter that I visited with a photog friend several years ago.
Plymouth Orchards in Plymouth. I liked the way they set up the pumpkins, making paths that wind through their pumpkin selection.
Soon it will be time to choose a few and begin carving. This one should have had a stem. I must admit, though, I’m not very creative when it comes to carving a pumpkin. Mine all typically have the triangle eyes and a mouth with maybe some teeth.
Roasting pumpkin seeds is one of my earliest memories with my older sister and something I look forward to doing every year.
